I've managed to get in touch with one of the organizers leading the donation collection and had a conversation about aid they're planning to offer to the victims of Nargis.

The collection points for donations are

(Please note that this is a joint force operation, hence there's no matter wherever the donation has been made.)
The donations will be transferred to Kyaw Thu's Social Aid Association (This is not the official name of the association.), a non-government organization, to offer help for those in need of help.

As mentioned before, the donations figures and information will be made available to public at http://aungsayarpyi.blogspot.com/ & http://54freedom.blogspot.com/. The donation collection has been started since yesterday evening and the total donations received so far is around SGD 1800, said one of the organizers for donations collection at Singapore.

Ongoing discussions have been carried out with international organizations and NGOs for help. After Tsunami in 2004, Myanmar Government turned down the offer to help the affected areas of Irrawady NGOs of foreign countries. If the aid were to be accepted by Myanmar Government, it's been expected that millions worth of US dollars will be provided and many humanitarian groups are willing to assist to recover from the devastation of Cyclone Nargis.

အျခားအျခားေသာ ႏုိင္ငံတကာမွ အကူအညီမ်ားနဲ႕ အစိုးရမဟုတ္ေသာ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားရဲ႕ အကူအညီမ်ားကိုလည္း ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွရရွိႏုိင္ဖုိ႕ ဆက္လက္ ညွိႏႈိင္းေနဆဲျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းလည္း သိရပါတယ္။ ယခင္ ၂၀၀၄ခုႏွစ္ ဆူနာမီျဖစ္စဥ္ကာလက ႏုိင္ငံတကာ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားက ကမ္းလွမ္းလာတဲ့ အကူအညီကုိ ျမန္မာအစိုးရက ပါယ္ခ်ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အခုေလာေလာဆယ္တြင္လည္း UN မွ အကူအညီေပးရန္ ကမ္းလွမ္းလာမႈကုိ ပါယ္ခ်လုိက္သည္ဟုတမ်ိဳး၊ အေၾကာင္းမျပန္ေသးဟု တမ်ိဳး သတင္းမ်ားၾကားေနရပါတယ္။ ယခုတစ္ေခါက္မွာ ႏုိင္ငံတကာအကူအညီမ်ား လက္ခံမည္ဆိုပါက အေမရိကန္ေဒၚလာသန္းခ်ီကာ ေထာက္ပံ့ရန္ရွိသည့္အျပင္ ႏုိင္ငံတကာမွ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားမွ ကိုယ္တုိင္လာေရာက္ကာ ကူညီေပးၾကမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါတယ္။
