I always have a trouble doing research, report and sometimes even surfing thru news cos of my lack of vocab skill. And wanted a good dictionary. I have been looking for a light and efficient one as my computer is not good enough. Last time when I installed the performancing add-on, I searched a dictionary for the add-on. Though, there was none available... So, sad i was. But... no more. Today, a gread add on is added in the extension for the Fox! It's Mozilla Internet Dictionary. You type in a word to look up and the results will be displayed in tabs. The results will be provided from the following websites.
  • Merriam-webster dictionary
  • Encarta
  • Longman
  • Chamber reference Onlin
  • WordReference.com
  • OneLook Dictionary Search

What a great add on for Mozilla Firefox...!

But where to type the search term? I installed it. After a while, I uninstalled it. I don't think I need such a lot of dictionaries to define one word. (We don't also keep a stack of dictionaries at home and look up a word in more than 2 dictionaries.) So, I don't think it might not be for me. But as you said, it is useful for you, it will be useful to others too.

you can type in the text box on the top.
Well, english-english is not too different and not too useful, but english to other languages.. it's useful.

And also you can put the wiki inside
